After a bit of a slow weekend, this is going to be one humdinger of a week! Not one, but TWO reviews! How lucky are you?! Read on for this and much...okay, a little more!
First up in new releases is the God of War Origins collection, which includes both of the PSP GoW games on one disc for the PS3...woo?
Next in PC land is Hard Reset, followed by Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad
Hey, do you own an Xbox360? You do?! What about a Kinect? Oh...right...you probably don't... Well anyway, if you DO happen to have both of those devices, The Gunstringer is out from Twisted Pixel; the people who brought you 'Splosion Man and Comic Jumper, among others.
Some other stuff came out, like Call of Juarez: The Cartel on PC, but I think this is the first week since we've gotten going that we aren't covering anything that came out this week. We aren't too broken up about this, since these next few months are going to be just absolutely packed with new stuff.
New in editorial Hotness: Holy crap are you in luck!
First up, as you may have already noticed, is Humor Tumor's review of Star Fox 64 3D. For the first
time (for me), someone is reviewing a game from a series for which he has no nostalgia. Check it out here, it's pretty great!
My Dead Island review will be posting Friday, along with a handful of sweet-ass gameplay videos on our YouTube channel.
Chris is prepping the pain once again in another cringe-inducing display of self-toture with OH GOD WHY?!
We're also still in the planning stages of getting a handful of new features off the ground. I'd tell you more, but I've been sworn to secrecy. What I can tell you is that we've picked up another new writer, name of EnemyCarcass. He'll be writing the first in a new series of articles, as well as handling some reviews for us down the road.
Also, our new friend Surpriselove drops by to share some more of his...wisdom?
Oh what exciting times these are! Stay tuned everyone! More Hotness is sure to come!
Rock might have to get out of the kitchen....you know, because of all the heat....or something.
